Why is this project being created?
Many children struggle with difficulties in concentration, memory, coordination, or processing speed — and these difficulties often remain without systematic support.
Our team of educators and cognitive development specialists has been running after-school educational programs for several years. Now we want to create a stable center that will make these programs accessible to a wider range of children in Prague.
What will we develop at the center?
Concentration and Attention
Targeted activities focused on maintaining and managing attention when solving tasks.
Auditory and Visual Memory
Exercises strengthening the ability to remember and process visual and auditory information.
Logical Thinking
Development of analytical and logical reasoning through structured tasks and games.
Spatial Imagination
Activities developing the ability to orient in space and mentally manipulate objects.
Fine Motor Skills and Coordination
Exercises focused on precision of hand movements and coordination of whole-body movements.
Executive Functions
Support for planning, organization, error control, and self-regulation skills.
Independence in Problem Solving
Gradual building of the ability to independently analyze assignments and find solutions.
Our unique approach: Systematic Testing
The foundation of our method is our own system of diagnostic testing of children’s cognitive abilities. This system enables:
- Regularly monitor the child’s individual development over time
- Adapt the educational program to current needs
- Connect initial diagnostics, ongoing assessment, and long-term progress tracking
- Provide regular feedback to parents
The testing focuses on concentration, working and long-term memory, information processing speed, logical thinking, spatial imagination, fine motor skills, and executive functions.

Educational materials for developing logical thinking and digital skills.
Neuro-exercise Aids
Materials supporting concentration, memory, coordination, and executive functions.

Creation of individual development plans based on the results of children’s diagnostics.

Educational activities for children and parents, including support for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

To make a professionally led system of long-term development of cognitive abilities accessible to children aged 5–13.
To establish systematic testing of cognitive functions as a standard part of after-school education, which will enable early identification of both areas of weakness and the child’s strengths.
